The E-Rate Analytics Assistant is a Custom GPT that queries publicly available E-Rate program data from the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Open Data platform. The data accessed is public information about E-Rate funding applications for schools and libraries.

2. Information We Access

When you use the Service, we access:

• Public E-Rate Data: Information from USAC's publicly available datasets including Form 470 and Form 471 applications, funding requests, and related program data.
• Your Queries: The questions and requests you submit to the Service.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or retain:

• Personal identification information
• Your conversation history beyond the current session
• Payment or financial information
• Location data
• Cookies or tracking data

4. How Data Is Processed

When you ask a question:

• Your query is processed by OpenAI's GPT technology
• The Service generates a SQL query to retrieve relevant public data
• Data is fetched from Google BigQuery (containing public USAC data)
• Results are returned to you in the conversation

No query data or results are stored by our systems after your session ends.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party platforms:

• Google Cloud Platform: Hosts the BigQuery database containing public E-Rate data. See Google Cloud Privacy Policy.

• Read-only access to data (no write capabilities)
